Once ambitious project of big residential community building turned into half abandoned weird asylum in the city centre, inhabited by illegals or outlaws and dogs totally neglected by the local citizens and administration.

I have done several attempts to go through the place, always stopped by warnings of risks to deal with people that might be living there. Nevertheless I am attracted by its uncanny reputation and I am pretty sure it’s important to rise the notion about the history and present of this place.
